Why do it on your computer
Merging is often the first step of a bigger job, like sending a loan application or a set of contracts. Doing it on your computer means none of those pages pass through a third-party website.
Paperwing is a free, open-source desktop app for Windows and macOS with more than 100 PDF tools. It works offline, there’s no account, and every tool is free. Download it or browse all the tools.
Questions
Is there a limit on how many files I can merge?
No limit is set by Paperwing; it depends on your computer’s memory. Large merges work best with the files saved locally rather than on a network drive.
Can I merge only some pages from each file?
Yes. Use PDF Multi Tool or Organize pages to pick, reorder and delete pages across documents.
