## How to convert PDF to Word with Paperwing

1. Open Paperwing and drop your PDF on the window, or press Ctrl+O (⌘O on a Mac).
2. Open **All tools** and choose **Export a PDF** , then **PDF to Word** , or search for “word”.
3. Run it on the open document.
4. Save the Word file where you want it.
5. To convert several PDFs at once, start PDF to Word from Home and add them all.

## Questions

### Will the Word file look exactly like the PDF?

Simple layouts convert closely. Complex designs with many columns, layered graphics or unusual fonts may need some tidying in Word afterwards.

### Can it convert scanned PDFs?

Run **OCR PDF** first to add a text layer, then convert.
