## How to merge PDF files with Paperwing

1. Open Paperwing and choose **Combine files** under Popular, or **Merge PDF** in **All tools** .
2. Add the PDFs you want to combine, or drop them on the tool.
3. Drag them into the right order.
4. Merge. The combined PDF opens in a new tab.
5. Press Ctrl+S to save it.

## Questions

### Is there a limit on how many files I can merge?

No limit is set by Paperwing; it depends on your computer’s memory. Large merges work best with the files saved locally rather than on a network drive.

### Can I merge only some pages from each file?

Yes. Use **PDF Multi Tool** or **Organize pages** to pick, reorder and delete pages across documents.
